HYDRAULIC VANE PUMP

Mathers FSV (Fuel Saving Vane Pump), a fuel efficient patented roller-vane pump.

HYDRO-MECHANICAL TRANSMISSION

Cost Efficiencies and Energy Regeneration, including no-burnout clutch, variable gear ratios.

SteelSafe Hydraulic Connector

Designed to be a direct replacement for the rubber hose within commercial vehicle applications.

Hydraulic Regeneration

Mathers Hydraulics Technologies have developed a range of Energy Regeneration solutions for use on heavy commercial vehicles including mining, waste, construction and road transport sectors.  Our range of energy regeneration systems provide the ability to generate substantial savings in running costs, while protecting the environment.

Mega Watt Wind Power System

This Hydraulic Mega Watt Power Wind Power System is based on a combination of that most reliable and safe of all energy transmission forms; the balanced vane pump with innovative new features for mega watt power generation.

Hydraulic Vane Pump

The patented Mathers FSV (Fuel Saving Vane Pump) is a vane pump with the feature of being able to be turned on and off and it can be applied to any vane pump application with the added feature of switching the pump on and off on Heavy Commercial Vehicles.

Hydro-Mechanical Transmission

This Hydo-Mechanical Transmission technology can be incorporated into a gearbox, which provides significant advantages as the gearbox can be designed to offer a non – burnout clutch, variable gear ratios, hydraulic regeneration at any road speed, and auxiliary drives.
