Mathers Hydraulics was approached by Energex to develop a prototype improved performance and safer operating skid container lock truck mounted overhead three wire recovery winch system.

Essential to our design development process is operator interface with in field R & D and two leading Energex Line supervisors were involved throughout the design and manufacture process. The latest technology 3D modeling was used to review improvement proposals to ensure the best possible manufacture outcomes.

The results was a safer operating winch system with improved operator control providing reduced down time costs and faster production cycle times.
